Indigestion & Reflux Remedy

Well at about 35 Weeks I started to experience some Indigestion and Reflux, which is not the best when you are trying to sleep especially. I have been told that it is because Bub still has her head up near my stomach. I was told about this remedy and I swear by it. So if you are experiencing Indigestion or Reflux give this a go. It is all Natural.

Mix 2 Teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar, with 5 Tablespoons Water and then stir in 1/2 Teaspoon Bicarb Soda. Drink while it is Fizzy.

This mix makes you burp (Just warning you now) but it feels great! After about 15-20mins you will start to feel relief. Depending on how bad your indigestion or reflux is you may need another dose.
